BackgroundGrowing up in Chicago, I spent the majority of my childhood drawing on restaurant placemats and plastering up my bedroom walls with old snowboarding ads, hangtags, stickers and posters. After graduating with a BFA in illustration from Northern Illinois University, I started my design career at a few agencies and design studios in downtown Chicago.

In the early spring of 2008, I left the midwest and headed north-east to the Green Mountains for my current position as Senior Brand Designer for Burton Snowboards in Burlington, Vermont.
